[UnixOS2] Autoconf 2.59 problem

There seems to be a problem with the OS/2 version of Autoconf which is not
present in the original distribution...
This is the error I get when running configure on bc v1.06:-

[snip]

./configure[5435]: syntax error: `if' unmatched

Should work now:

I can confirm that it fixes the problem I had here when building bc.
